our mastermind or growth and leadership program is about Connection, Accountability, Self-growth, Deep conversations, Contribution and using our voice, Following our dreams, Gaining practical skills to make things happen, Having a support system, Being inspired!

Our Mastermind is a 6 week program where a small group of 8 to 11 teenage girls ages 15 to 19, gather every week to connect, celebrate, and support each other. This mastermind is based on community and mentorship, with a focus on self growth, and developing leadership skills.

Girls learn more about themselves and each other as they grow together with a group of sisters who have their back. They learn new skills and tools to help them with anxiety and stress, and find and keep the motivation and accountability to achieve their dreams. Girls are celebrated exactly as they are and encouraged to get out of their comfort zone. It is a place to feel seen and heard, and to practice listening and using their voice. Girls are encouraged to think deeply and to connect with their own inner knowing. This is an interactive meeting, co-created by everyone involved.

Even though I have never met any of the mastermind girls in person I have developed a new view on the world and I have started to open my mind to bigger opportunities!
